Before You Buy

Check your drive’s connector type before ordering an enclosure – these are all M-key NVMe enclosures and won’t work with B-key SATA M.2 drives or 2.5″ SATA SSDs. And remember that real-world speed is capped by both the drive and the host port: an 80Gbps enclosure plugged into an older USB-A 3.0 port won’t get anywhere close to its rated speed.
